I come from very humble roots. Growing up I constantly worried about how I will do in life. I had no confidence, suffered from low self-esteem and did not know how to interact with people. Every day I would fight with my internal demons unsure of what to do with them.

Then one day I met a coach. He told me that it was possible to CHANGE if I was willing to.

​

"I can guide your steps if you are willing to move your feet", he said!

 

That is when my journey began. I decided to take action and seek further guidance. With help, I knew what I needed to do and how to do it.

 

Today as I look back, I am grateful for heeding that advice. For the past 25 years, I have led and managed multiple Human Resources, Operations, Sales and Business Development teams in global organizations as a senior executive and have been recognized for the business results I have delivered.

During this time, I also have had the pleasure as a life and career coach of helping hundreds of individuals all over the world to become successful in their lives and careers leveraging my business, HR, Recruiting, and Change Management leadership experience and expertise in areas like Body Language,  Behavioral Profiling, Hypnotherapy, Provocative therapy, Graphotherapy, Linguistic therapy, Clean language, Changeology, and Habit Formation.

I have done this by helping individuals identify and remove the barriers to their success in a structured way, teaching them new skills, and holding their hands.

Over the past few years, I have also personally coached and trained hundreds of leaders and employees of companies globally on how to lead, adapt and embrace change.
